General Return Policy
- All returns must be initiated within 2 days of the order delivery date.
- To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.
- You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is damaged or defective.
- Once we receive your returned item, it will take 3-7 business days to process your refund or exchange.
Video Proof Requirement
- To ensure a smooth return process, we kindly request you to record a video of the product unboxing. This video will be crucial in case of any damage during transit.
- The video should clearly show the condition of the packaging upon receipt.

Damaged Product
- If you receive a damaged product, please contact our customer support within 2 days of delivery.
- A clear video of the damaged product and packaging is mandatory for processing the return.
- If the same product is out of stock, we will issue a refund. Otherwise, we will ship a replacement.
